ONE WEEK OUT(well almost)

Ok, so as some of you know and others do not, I will be stepping on stage Sept. 3rd in Cleveland, OH @ the IFBB North American's. It has been a LONG CRAZY journey with Nate & I moving half-way through prep and all...but at the same time, being in MI has made it much easier for me to FOCUS!

I just wanted to say "THANK YOU"...ALL of you who I ever had the chance of training around...you MOTIVATED me when I had nothing to push me. Nate wasn't there for the beginning half of the prep and usually I rely on him to push me, but being able to train at Lance's was all the motivation I needed

I LOVE MI, but cannot express how I MISS Lance's!!!! Say some prayers for me guys...and hopefully I will see y'all when I finally get MY photoshoot with OAMG there!!!

Wishing you all the best Natalie! You are going to do great! We all miss you guys here thats for sure! Hope we see each other soon and please please please let us know how it went! Wish we could be there to cheer you on!

the aftermath:

I weighed-in at 149lbs. 11lbs heavier than last year at this show. I was in the HEAVYWEIGHT Class. There were 15 of us. I took 4th! We are happy with the turnout, as the quality that showed up this year was far better than any show I have done to date. To move up an entire class and still place Top 5 was an accomplishment in itself. THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT, each and everyone of you!
