legs tuesday nyte. warm up to get under the bar bench 135x10 225x5 275x5 to stretch the upper chest brought down high. squats 135x10x2 225x10x2 335x5 425x2x4 ss with db curls 30s x10 40s x10 50's x8 ezcurl 110x8x3 concentration curls 85x5 95x3 110x3 leg press 800x8 1070x6 1250x5 ss with 1 leg standing calf raise 30x3 each leg

a few reasons. i'm very instinctual in my training for one, also i missed biceps on sunday due to supersetting deads with bench due to missing deads on thursday last week. last few weeks have been a total cluster. also my right knee sustained a mysterious injury. nothing shows up on the mri either time but it hurts like hell. just trying to do what i can to stay in the gym.

tuesday aug 9th leg day
squats: 135x10x2 225x10 315x8 405x3x5 455x1 525x1 ss with
db curls: 30sx12 35sx10 40sx10 45sx8 50sx8 first 5sets of squats
hammer curls: 65sx8x5 next 5 sets of squats
1 arm concentration curls: 90x4
plate loaded lying leg curls: 145x10x2 190x8 ss
1 leg standing calf raise: bwx60x3 each leg ss
1 arm concentration curls: 100x3 110x3 120x2
knee feels better hamstring felt great on leg curls i like ss biceps and legs. my elbows don't.
all squats were raw except 525 belt and knee wraps..

sunday aug 7th
warm up bench press: 135x20 225x15 275x10 315x9 365x3
bench press 365x3x10 all bench was ss with wide grip pullups behind the head x8x15
incline flyes: 50'sx15x5 ss with barbell rows 335x8x5 ss with db curls 30's-50's x10
flyes were very light due to tweaked shoulder. too many hotel beds in too short a time.
monday morning shoulder popped back to a no pain position. should be back to 120's on flyes shortly. healing like Wolverine trying to lift weights that are obscene.

thursday aug 4th
deads: 245x10 335x5 385x5 445x4 505x3 535x2 ss with side lateral raises 30's-55'sx10
shrugs: 645x38 845x25 1045x10 ss with seated rear laterals 80'sx5x3
close grip bench: 135x20 225x10 275x8 315x3 ss with crucifix pullups x8x4
knee felt great on shrugs. a little loose at initial lift of 1045 but settled in nicely. root cause of injury was possibly foot position.

body weight has been fluctuating between 216 and 222 at 5'9 1/2"
