deads 245x10 335x8 385x5 445x4 515x3 550x2 ss with side laterals 30's-50'sx10 and ss seated rear lateral with 550 with 80'sx5
shrugs 645x40 +or- 845x25 1135x5 ss with seated rear laterals 80'sx5x3
close grip 135x20 225x10 275x8 315x5 ss with crucifixes x8x4 and donkey calf 285x40x3
again the knee felt great back was killing me before first set. oh well if you're afraid of pain you shouldn't be in the iron game...

no i don't think so. it swelled up quickly and was burning but seems fine today. hard telling. only a little pain. did a 435 bench last summer with my right hand busted in three places. i ignore it til it stops me. havent been stopped yet...hahahhaa

10- 100lbs plates and 2- 45's i've had 1445 shrugged it very shallow but it moved. lots of plates and chains to get 1445

all lifts i do are raw. on squats i use wraps and belt on anything over 455 on deads belt only or straps and belt. bodyweight tonight 223.4lbs

squats: 135x10x2 225x5 315x5 405x2 455x1 all raw. 555x1 belt & knee wraps
stiff leg sumo deads 245x8x3 ss plate loaded leg curls 150x8x3
donkey calf raise. 285x50x3 ss standinig 1 leg calf raise x30x3 each leg
felt like shit migraine and lunch at 5pm low caloric intake. still happy with my 555 well below parallel. strength returning quickly and smoothly

deads sucked back was killing me before i grabbed the bar at 245... attempted 605 got it off the ground and felt like an ice pick stabbing me in my lower lumbar area... set it down and dropped to 560.

flat bench: 135x15 225x5 275x5 315x3 375x2 405x1 435x1 with a tug 425x1 slow going 350x9 405x1 315x20 ss with wide grip pullups behind the head x8x11
incline db press: 120's x12 130's x12 150'sx9 ss with 1 arm db rows 165x4 165x5 165x6
ss with db curls 50's x8x3
good workout clavicle or neck popped on the last set of 1 arm rows..
all lifts completely raw except 435 wrapped elbows
