low box squat 135x10 225x5 275x3 315x3 365x1 405x1
squat 455x1 505x3 555x1
leg extension 300x15x3 ss with leg curl 145x10x3 ss with sumo stiffleg 335x5x3
warmed up with adductor x3 minutes and bench press 135x100 to loosen shoulders
