KMAN's TRAINING LOG

Finished up Wendler's 5/3/1 with pretty decent success over a period of 4 and half months. New PRs in the Squat (from 551 to 606!) and the deadlift which only saw a 6lb increase to 551. Bench went down, but I tore some tendons in my shoulder 1 week before Nationals. Still was able to get 402 and almost got 424. Hoping this 5x5 training will bring forth better progress in the Deadlift and Bench. My 1st day was today. Very taxing, I havent felt that exhausted in awhile. Of course all training is done RAW!

Squats-
Warmup, 425x5x5 (first two sets no belt)

Hammer Strength Squats-
720x5x5

Calves Raise-
whole stack(weight unknown)x15x5

Biceps-
Hammer Curls 60x5x5

Looking to enter a meet during the winter months. Squat goal is at least a 650 raw.

Friday-

Bench- Warm up, 315x5x5

Dumbbell Incline Press- Warm up, 100x5x5

Tricep Reverse Rope Extension- Warm up, 140x5x5

Dip Press- 90x5x5
