Trained shoulders and biceps at Handle Bars gym in Chicago with some of the guys from our gym. Id invite any of our members to go with next time to see just how good we had it at our place. Pretty small and crowded, older equipment, hardcore but rundown, the owner Don is a nice guy. Im actually going to go back this Thursday to train some light chest and triceps.
